During my Xmas stay, the breakfast was very satisfying, with a variety of delicious food available. The location was convenient, close to several restaurants and shops, making it easy to shop for last-minute presents. , the room was well kept and smelled fresh throughout my stay.
The air conditioning system kept the room too cold, making it uncomfortable at times. , the bathroom was a bit cramped, with no proper shower stall or partition, causing water to spill onto the floor.

This hotel's location is just outside of downtown making it a great base to explore. It's also close to everything central to Punta, including shopping mall. the rooms are bright and spacious with lovely curtains that block out the light. the bathroom is clean, bright, and modern. the staff is helpful and friendly, providing good customer service.
There is a problem with occasional smells that seemed to be coming from the air ducts, making the experience less than ideal.

I had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel! The staff here goes above and beyond to cater to your every need. From the front desk to the breakfast ladies, everyone is friendly and always willing to help. The location of this place is perfect, with the beach just a short walk away and plenty of great restaurants nearby. It's also conveniently situated just outside of downtown, so you can enjoy a quieter atmosphere while still being close to everything.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

Great pool and bar area for relaxation after a long day at work. Clean and comfortable rooms with ample space for all my belongings. Quick and easy check-in and check-out service for busy business travelers. Convenient location near local shops and restaurants, making running errands and grabbing a bite to eat a breeze. Plus, the continental breakfast served each morning was a nice added bonus for a busy schedule.
While the hotel offers a convenient location, it would have been nice to have easier access to the beach. The distance was a bit far to walk for some, but with a car, it was doable. The noise level from outside the hotel could be a bit distracting at times, especially when trying to work in the room.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The location was great with everything central to Punta. The breakfast was one of the best we had in South America. The hotel facilities were clean and in excellent condition.
Nothings to say, this hotel was fantastic!
